On this weeks epsiode Kelly welcomes Dean to the podcast.
Dean wanted to come on to the podcast to raise awarness on baby loss, the feelings around how a man/dad reacts and where he is now.
Dean talks about the importance of close friends, family members and colleagues assume very quckly that 'you are okay', just beacuse you are just carrying on with everyday life. Explains how is grief hits him randomly and out of the blue.
Dean opens up that he grieved at night alone when his family werent around. Dean soon recognised this wasn't right and reached out for counselling support.
