This week, I share more about my awakening story, how it happened, how it changed my life, and why I believe we need to awaken as foreign born moms! As a new mom, I had no idea what postpartum depression was, let alone that I had it. All I knew was that I was struggling. I was struggling with exhaustion, fatigue, and anger. I was just surviving.
My awakening moment was a painful one, but one that was necessary. I was able to wake up from who I had become and the patterns I was passing down to my children.
I share more about what being awakened means and how I slowly started to reclaim myself. I also share more about why becoming awakened is so important for foreign born moms.
