“You don’t want to be overstraining your body & your muscles. I think at one point I was doing that and I didn’t fully realize it until I went to get a professional massage. I had a lot of calcium buildup. It was because I was lifting too much weight, too often. This made me need a massive more amount of water. I was pushing my body too hard and instead of working the way it’s supposed to, my body was building things up. You do not want that and it is painful. You want to find a balance.” -Opal
