Just the Riches having a chat with no guests this week. Talking about the experience of walking away from the old you. What was difficult about it and what was a blessing. It seems that many of us reflect on some good times and bad times, but I had some serious connections both personally and professionally to the “old me” that really created some obstacles to my sobriety over the last few years. It took me getting rigorously honest with myself to overcome those hurdles. I hope you enjoy the show.
