In today’s episode we’re talking about personality types, and how knowing yourself better can be really helpful both in terms of self-care and also when it comes to forming new, healthier habits or letting go of old, unhelpful habits.

Such quizzes should be taken lightly, as we’re all unique and change is always possible, but they can be pretty insightful when it comes to working out why we think and act as we do and how we can relate better to the people around us.

And let’s face it, who doesn’t enjoy a good quiz?!
