Today we discuss the strategies that helped these two business owners with the same challenges that we all had to get through the lockdowns and all of the challenges both mental and ‘in the real world’ to not only survive through this mess but to even improve their businesses to the point where they have both achieved record months in the last month in their collective twenty plus years of experience in real estate.
We also discuss how they have leveraged their business by strategic implementation of staff to be able to hand off those less than desirable tasks to other people, and in doing so expand the amount of volume they can take on to these record levels.
