As we saw in the first half of this sermon, John the Baptist was to be the messenger of the coming Messiah. His job was to “prepare the way” before Him. In the last half of this message, we focus upon the Messenger of the Covenant, who is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. God’s Messiah – His Son Jesus – will come “suddenly” to His temple, and bring justice and judgment, along with mercy for His people. Join us as we continue looking at God’s final warning through Malachi before this Messenger of the Covenant comes.
