Today we hear about mental health constantly on social media, however, the stigma associated with it is still a reality for many individuals. The struggle to accept yourself when society judges you for your diagnosis is an unfortunate reality in our societies. Damian created the ZETA Movement with the goal of breaking this cycle within youth communities. In this episode, we talk about his journey and how the ZETA Movement is working with schools to ensure students have a community of support.
