I think home maintenance is not an easy matter at all.

Because it consists of many tasks,

เช่น การทำความสะอาดบ้าน การดูแลรักษาระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในบ้าน

Such as cleaning the house and maintaining various systems within the home.

และยังรวมถึงการดูแลพื้นที่นอกบ้านด้วยค่ะ

It also includes taking care of the area outside the house.

แต่ถ้าเราอยากจะให้บ้านของเราน่าอยู่ และไม่อยากมีปัญหาใหญ่ในอนาคต

But if we want to make our house livable and avoid big problems in the future,

เราก็ต้องดูแลบ้านอย่างสม่ำเสมอค่ะ

We have to take care of the house regularly.
