... all we have to do is to take the brave step in working through them.

By first acknowledging them, then feeling or leaning into them, we can then heal them and transmute their triggered emotion (fear, anger, resentment, lack of self worth) into Love and Light.

With practise, we learn to welcome them and even thank them for showing up for they teach us and help us to evolve.

Eventually, those things / people / events that triggered us so sorely become mute to our emotions. Not because we don't feel, but because we have healed our reaction (be it previous life trauma or present life circumstances).
