Eric is the CEO of Conduit Investment Advisors and the Principal with Eric O'Neal January & Co. As a CPA, Eric sees the good, bad and ugly as it pertains to entrepreneurs. And in today's interview, he provides a ton of advice on how to comprehensively make better business decisions.
