The governor was just at Bridgeport Hospital this week with an update on a state pilot program called Family Bridge. The program aims to ease the transition from hospital to home for the families and if needed, identify any parental issues or health concerns and provide any needed support. We spoke with Lauren Junge-Maughan, the director of the program.
