Jon Brown & Sean Wilson are back on the case, as they search for clues in their investigation to find out the secrets of the wonderful Hildur Guðnadóttir's score for Kenneth Branagh's latest outing as Poirot in front of the camera and once again as director behind the camera for the Agatha Christie inspired 'A Haunting In Venice'.

Hildur is a multi award winning Icelandic musician and composer who has garnered praise for her work scoring cinematic films such as 'Sicario: Day Of The Soldado', Todd Field’s critically acclaimed film ‘Tar’, Sarah Polley’s exceptional picture ‘Women Talking’ and Todd Phillips’ outstanding DC Comics movie ‘Joker’ for which her superb score won her the trifecta - a Golden Globe, a BAFTA and an Oscar.
She’s also no stranger to home entertainment having garnered much deserved praise and awards for her craft in the creation of the score to hit series ‘Chernobyl’ and has even expertly tackled the soundscapes of the video game realm with her husband Sam Slater on the game ‘Battlefield 2042.
Lately, asides from working on the much anticipated follow up to 'Joker' for director Todd Phillips of course, she’s been working, as we mentioned before, with director Kenneth Branagh composing the score for ‘A Haunting In Venice’ which is the latest entry into his film adaptations as director and star of the great work of the late Agatha Christie.
Sean and Jon caught up with the magnificent Hildur to talk more about her creative process and on scoring the sound of Poirot's World….
