Bürgerliches Engagement, Netzwerken und Feste feiern: auch das ist im Angebot der IHK der enthalten. Speziell für die junge Wirtschaft unter 40 gibt es dafür einen eigenen Verein: die Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland kurz WJD. Der Schweriner Ableger der WJD feiert am 10. Juni sein 30jähriges Jubiläum mit einer Party im alten Schweriner Lokschuppen. Julius Stahlenbrecher aus dem Vorstand der WJ und Marco Woldt, Geschäftsführer und Bindeglied zur IHK stellen die Arbeit der WJ vor.
