Paul McGillivray is co-founder and CTO of Remote, a custom software development company. Projects range from apps for startups to enterprise applications for global corporations such as Sony, Volvo and Volkswagen Group.
Now in it's 20th year of business, Remote focuses on helping purpose-driven organisations to use exponential technologies to multiply their impact. This involves automating business processes and systems to improve productivity and effectiveness, and creating websites and mobile apps to improve reach and engagement.
Paul, a TEDx speaker, is passionate about putting purpose at the core of our work, and in helping people to find and work within their purpose to make a real difference in the world. He is a passionate proponent for using technology to automate our systems and processes so that we can focus on the work we were born to do, and has committed his career to helping others make that leap.
His insightful talks focus on the intersection of technology and purpose, and guide listeners to realising the importance of putting purpose at the core of our work to give it meaning, and how we can leverage exponential technologies for maximum impact.
His book, ‘Purpose First’ is out in the Summer 2019 on Rethink Press.
