Kate had worked in game studios and Pixar before she become a full-time mom, but her passion for plein-air painting never went away. She manages to find time to paint outside of her responsibilities, help organize paint sessions for the SF Warrior Painters, and also actively seek remote employment opportunities in the entertainment art industry. Kate is smart and witty, super fun to talk to, which probably explains why she’s so good at handling all her 7-yo daughter’s existential questions.
