In this second episode of our Noisy Spirits series, we continue our exploration of the poltergeist phenomenon.
This episode begins with a quick recap of what we learned in episode one and introduces you to the paranormal term "Lithobolia."
We then move to the 20th century and cover a case that helped bring the word "poltergeist" to common parlance. This case involved a famous parapsychical investigator, Harry Price, and it was covered all throughout the UK by the press. As you will hear, this case was quite remarkable.
Next we move to a case in Baltimore where psychology was used by Dr. Nandor Fodor on a case to help alleviate the manifestation. This was a monumental case because it solidly put a poltergeist event in the realm of parapsychology.
Finally, we go over various types of manifestations found in poltergeist cases and briefly cover a couple case files to explore some poltergeist events even further.
