There are seemingly different expectations about the role of the GNU technical committee by its two largest partners. Deputy President Paul Mashatile will convene the inaugural meeting of the GNU's technical committee, which will be attended by the leaders of the 11 parties in the coalition arrangement in Cape Town on Thursday.
