The High Court in Pretoria has heard of how two of the accused in the VBS Mutual Bank Saga will are willing to go as far as the Constitutional Court to challenge their charges. Former ANC Provincial Treasurer Danny Msiza and former ANC Youth League leader Kabelo Matsepe have brought in an application requesting the court to separate their trial from the rest of the accused in this matter. Meanwhile the Democratic Alliance (DA) is protesting outside the North Gauteng High Court where 13 people accused in the accused in the VBS scandal are appearing for the pre-trial proceedings. The DA says all the politicians who are fingered in the VBS mutual bank saga must face the music.
