From being a successful business owner of a Nursery to going through counselling and becoming a Counsellor herself at Lighthouse 43, she shares her journey and some amazing techniques and tips to share with you all on how to be present and finding the joy.

Stephanie Garnham
Counsellor. Educator. Feminist.
Starting out in a career in early years education, Stephanie opened her own nursery aged 21. Whilst she ran the nursery and had two small children of her own she retrained as a counsellor before embarking on counselling full time.
Stephanie is now a Director at Lighthouse43 in Folkestone Kent, a busy counselling practice where she works with two teams of counsellors, a team of qualified counsellors and a team of trainee counsellors in placement.
Stephanie works with a variety of clients including children, young people, adults, couples and Families.
Stephanie is an eternal student and in the ten years she has been a counsellor, she has gained many qualifications alongside working in different areas including specialising in addiction, working with looked after children and working with her Therapy dog Frank.
Stephanie is also a counselling tutor, sharing her passion for the profession with her students each week as they work on their own counselling journeys
