This simple exercise will show you how to make up for time AND build your selfawareness so you know how your own unique operating software (your mind) works.

Once you know how it works with this exercise you can then control your software (your mind) so just like an arrow against a bow has to be pulled back so when the arrow is released it can travel fast and with precision - the same is true for you and I. We got to move back and propel forward and this exercise will show you how to make up for lost time.
