Licia is the CEO of Women for Election, an organisation that provides training for women to learn the ins and outs of what is required to run for local, state or federal election.

This information has always been opaque and Women For Election is trying to make the process of standing for election transparent and accessible for women in Australia.

For our listeners in USA, UK and Canada, the process of election may differ from Australia's but the mindset in standing for election is the same.
