Norman, a finalist for the Australian of The Year, thought up the life changing idea of Pop up homeless shelters in vacant spaces.

Take spaces that are commonly used and busy during the day but at night are left vacant or empty, then activate and repurpose the space at night into pop-up accommodation to ensure the homeless, those who are sleeping rough are then able to come and get into a bed at night.

In the morning pack up so the space can be used for its intended use and in the evening...Beddown.
