• Become aware of your values as a person, then leadership (and life) becomes easier.
  
• You don't need to compete with other people to be successful. Growth comes from competing with yourself. Aim to become just 2% better each day.
  
• During the hard times, don't consider just surviving, set your sights on growing.
  
• Adaptability is the key to growth, especially in hard times. Charles Darwin said “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one most adaptable to change". Kul agrees!
