This completes the legal ruling in the defendants ( Prosecutors and DA's ) appeal over the jury's verdict to award J.T. $14 Million for his wrongful conviction that resulted in his exoneration after spending 18 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.
After J.T. was exonerated, they decided to use J.T.'s words of saying " I'm blessed" against him in trying to reverse the judgment of $14 Million.
Ironic how they can use someone's words of saying " I'm blessed" in response to gaining his freedom against him to deny him what the jury awarded.
If you listen closely, you'll find the additional reasons they gave just as offensive.
Sadly, this appeal was not the last hurdle J.T. went through to gain the $14 Million the jury awarded him.
Coming up next, we'll move on to some interviews of those knowledgeable about the case and also provide some commentary.
After that we'll share the next devasting legal ruling, so stay tuned because this isn't the only exoneration case that involved these sorts of allegations.
