The fifth episode of TritonLake Perform features Stuart Lancaster, Senior Coach at Leinster Rugby. In this episode, Stuart talks us through his journey from playing rugby to coaching the England Rugby team before taking on his current role at Leinster Rugby alongside Leo Cullen. Well-known for his stance on team culture, Stuart also discusses how to build a positive and productive mindset and dynamic within a team, highlighting the key qualities he looks for when making additions to and selections for a squad. After Leinster’s defeat to La Rochelle in the Champions Cup, we also gain insight from Stuart on how he re-motivates a team after a loss and the importance of celebrating success when it comes. Away from rugby, Stuart talks about how he became interested in leadership and management as he draws parallels between the world of business and high-performance sport.
