Relatively new to APMG's portfolio is Agile Change Agent, a two day training course with certification which is designed to bridge the gap between the formal theories, models and techniques in Agile Project Management and Change Management.
Many Agile courses focus heavily on the theory of this approach, but the Agile Change Agent training course takes a different approach. On this course, participants will gain practical, hands-on experience of what Agile Change Management is and how to lead change initiatives within any organisation.
In this episode we speak to experienced trainer John Humphries; John has an extensive change management background involving practical consulting exercises, planning and running workshops in public and private healthcare environments. His agile project management experience was founded in systems development and more lately in product translation projects where time to market is a key driver.
