Three-time Olympian Cate Campbell shares her journey over the past year where the world turned upside down due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

With the postponement of the Olympic Games, and not being able to train in the pool for extended periods of time, Cate shares how she managed the tough times, the lessons she's learnt and her new expectations for the Tokyo Olympics in July 2021.

The 28-year-old also relives her childhood growing up in Malawi, competing alongside her sister Bronte, and her remarkable Olympic career spanning three Games, with her sights set on a fourth.
