As an Experience Strategy and Transformation Lead, Whitney is responsible for creating engaging programs and experiences for Humana’s associates. She currently leads our Associate Care Delivery Strategy and serves the Co-Lead for Humana’s Pathfinder program. Whitney has a Master’s Degree in Communication from Western Kentucky University and is a certified Project Management Professional. Whitney spends her time outside of work volunteering at her church, reading, writing, dancing and spending valuable time with her husband, Joey, and children, Leo and Lucy.
