She shares her personal story of the death of her first husband, Andy Kehl, and from his untimely death, she and her children started a charitable foundation to help children in the Louisville area. She has a diverse leadership background; however learning and development of leaders and associates, as well as engagement, culture, and change leadership are her passions. Madonna is a member of the Caregiver and Women’s NRGs. She is chair of the Andy Kehl Foundation, a charitable 501(c)(3) organization that her family founded to help children in the Louisville area. In her spare time, Madonna enjoys spending time with her husband Mick and their five children, traveling, hiking, and cheering for the University of Louisville Cardinals. Go Cards!
