Tom Hammel has a passion for leadership development and to see people mobilized to ministry. Having been given the opportunity to preach when he was fifteen Tom was trained in an environment that believed in seeing young people empowered. He has served at churches of various sizes and currently serves as the Executive Director of Leadership and Church ministries for SoCal Network. One of his passions is to raise up young leaders and see them discover their calling and purpose.
