On the podcast today we have scientist Bob Prichard who has developed a system of training based on the connective tissue system and releasing microfibers which he says can drastically improve performance over muscle-based training which works at 20% efficiency. We discuss how this translates to running, with Bob's experience working for the MSNBC along with talking about Callum Hawkins and Eliud Kipchoge. Bob then discusses working with Olympic swimmers, baseball players, Olympic rowers, and a whole host of other stories in which he has played a part of immensely improve performance and how you can too!
