How to Find and Craft Your Most Useful Story with Nausheen I. Chen (Storypowers Lab #1)
Manage episode 345054584 series 3250044
Episode 103. How do you figure out which stories you need to tell? Where do you find them? How do you decide what's important and what's not, what works and what doesn't?
Welcome to The Storypowers Podcast, the show about the power of stories, the people who tell them and why you should be doing it too. I’m your host, keynote speaker and storytelling coach, Francisco Mahfuz.
If you want to learn how to find, craft and tell stories that work, check out the Storypowers Bootcamp at https://storypowers.thinkific.com/courses/storypowers-online-bootcamp
My guest today is Nausheen I. Chen.
Nausheen is a keynote speaker and leadership communications coach, helping leaders speak with high impact on camera, on stage and in person. She has spoken and trained at TEDx, TechCrunch Disrupt, Startup Grind, Le Wagon and many more places I wouldn’t know how to pronounce - but it’s a very long list!
She’s also a woman with no common sense or self-preservation instinct, because she’s agreed to be the guinea pig to the very first Storypowers Lab, where I’ll help someone solve a business communication problem through story. We’re going to figure out what story she needs, dig up through her past for all the sordid and embarrassing details and then craft it together, live! Well, not live for you, but live for us, which just about the same thing!
You can find her at https://www.linkedin.com/in/nausheenichen/.
