The gang returns this week with a brand new episode for y'all! And we started off the episode on a freaky note following Diddy's 1,000 baby oil bottles (3:02) and 700 dildos found post-arrest this week. Of course, we had to play Kendrick's "freaky ass nigga, he a 69 god" (4:45) line to roast Diddy! LOL! Anyway, we caught up on how our weeks went, and (14:23) Naomie had an emotional rollercoaster week LOL! Then we delved into the question of the week (27:36) where Danny posed the question on love languages and if one partner loves more than the other in a relationship. On Nana's Corner (45:51) we discuss extensively Diddy's arrest, Shogun sweeping at the Emmys, Tito Jackson's death + MORE!
On the main segment of the show this week, (1:03:48) we poke at the norm today of "self-care" and how that has become the new message for young people. We question the idea of self-care and how the term no longer means "Me First" but "Me Alone" in today's social climate. We recount moments when we have had to be selfless, selfish, and practiced self-care, and how those around us interpreted our actions, needing selfishness in competition + MORE!
