He owns a portfolio of luxury short term rentals in Saint Augustine, Florida, and the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. In addition to real estate, Jake is now expanding his portfolio to include small businesses. Jake is also a “bitcoin bull” and continues to invest discretionary income into bitcoin, believing that it will continue to be of the best asset classes to invest in over the coming decades.
