In this episode of The Real Build, I sat down with Ahmed Seirafi. Ahmed owns Andalusia Development Company and oversees all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, and development processes for Andalusia Development Company. He has led all facets of the business, spanning more than $100 Million in commercial assets, primarily in multifamily and commercial. Ahmed has led Andalusia Development Company in executing several development opportunities in its first few years of existence. He has been instrumental in growing the development pipeline by 300% to over $300 Million.
Ahmed was featured on The Real Build on January 19, 2020, and many things have changed since Ahmed began to coach people on real estate development. He also has done a lot of speaking.
