The duo welcome Gerald Touchard to share his journey from Paris-based chef to Australian buyer’s agent, who recounts how he built an international portfolio that spans across commercial and residential. But it’s in off-the-plan purchases that he has learnt some of his biggest lessons. Gerald recalls how some hurdles that he had to overcome in the purchase of a one-bedroom Waterloo apartment were ultimately worth it for the outcome, and shares his tips when considering buying before the home is built.
