Introducing the first episode of Derby County's new 'One Club' podcast, a regular series that aims to give fans a greater insight into how the club is run. Going behind the scenes at Pride Park and Moor Farm, the series will provide the insight you can’t get anywhere else; introducing the staff and characters associated with the club that fans may not yet be familiar with.

With the men's first team currently in Spain, Owen Bradley caught up with Paul Warne, Richie Barker and Matt Hamshaw to discuss the importance of pre-season and the benefits of travelling away for a training camp.

There's also an insight into the working life of Head Groundsman Paul Thompson as he explains what it takes to get the pitches ready for training and matches at both Pride Park and Moor Farm ahead of a new season.
