We've always wanted to feature someone who JUST closed on their first 100+ multifamily units. I guess we no longer need to further seek after meeting Willie Henriquez in Phoenix, AZ! You cannot help but not to be inspired by his gratefulness and compassion for his community.

Willie Henriquez feels fortunate to have discovered, through peers and mentors, a unique way to work in real estate investing that aligns with personal and professional goals.
Prior to his entrepreneur career, Willie worked in the healthcare industry, taking care of individuals with disabilities for seven years. Willie is serial entrepreneur with experience of owning a trucking company and doing single family flips. He currently owns a small junk removal company and a used appliance business. He has experience in business operations, management, and financials.
He primarily focuses on answering and solving real estate investors problems and questions regarding investing in multifamily properties. Moreover, he sees himself as an adviser by helping investors achieve their financial goals. He builds his relationships based on trust and integrity.
He is very family oriented. He has 3 daughters Kayleen, Mei’lani and Mari'ellie. He loves networking, outdoor activities, playing basketball and taking vacations.
