Yulissa Delgado (@transparentyulii) who is the creator and host of her own talk show named Transparent, visited The Lorri Love Show and talked about her journey from interning to creating her own show, what she learned on the way, and what has helped her on the way. This episode covers many different topics including highlights from her talk show like: breaking stigmas surrounding mental health in the colored community, the connection between poetry and rap, and love and relationships including the after effects of getting cheating on. Yulissa also shares how she went from junior in high school to interning at F.I.T, leading up to interning at Shade 45, and what led up to her being asked to be a media correspondent for the B.Y.O.B Live Retreat that took place in Atlanta, Georgia this May of 2019.
