Kai PNG is an Black Belt in Judo, is the 2017 national champion and has a masters in Human Performance. He has dedicated himself the sport; Judo ever since the age of 14 and has even travelled to Japan in which he took a gap year training to further his craft. He joined me in the studio to talk about his life and work but towards the end the conversation turned deeply philosophical and shared stories of wisdom.
