On this episode of the podcast: I was joined by Josh Birch a personal trainer who has been in the industry for more than 5 years and has built a large client base in both person and online. Josh is currently 4 weeks out from his first IFBB competition by the time of this recording, getting ready to step on stage in the Classic Physique division. We swapped stories working in the industry and discussed parameters of online coaching agreeing that "it should be a privilege not a right."
