Tisha b'Av is different this year. Israelis, for the first time in decades, understand that the State of Israel is not as secure as they once thought and that statehood cannot be taken for granted. Rabbi David Stav, chairman of Tzohar, explains the significance of the fast day this year through the prism of October 7.
