Covid saw the rise of the 'neighbourhood canine squad' an independent-thinking group of animal lovers that through magic (and What'sApp) rescued and fed hundreds of dogs. This didn't really happen on it's own.
It happened because of one fierce and indomitable force of nature named Priya Chetty Rajagopal.
