The Lame Duck session of Congress has begun. It is less than a month until all business in Washington, D.C. ends and the new administration begins. This means there is only a limited time left to pass legislation that would help independent pharmacists, such as the Modernizing and Ensuring PBM Accountability Act and the Pharmacists Fight Back Act.
