Lucas quit his W2 at 25 years old and started his electrical contracting business. Him and his partner have grown it to 60 employees and over 10 million revenue per year. Lucas
started buying real estate at 31 and now has 28 rental properties which are a mixture of long term rental, mid term rentals and short terms rentals.
