I was initially going to answer this question from a client on a "Hey Tami" episode. As I dug into it deeper, I realized this needed a little more detail than that. I have been working through and practicing the idea of expectations vs intentions for the past few years. I'm not perfect at it (as you will hear in this episode), but it HAS changed my life. And yes...I totally planned to put a "but" there instead of an and. 🤪

We are so freaking hard on ourselves! We plan and plan, and we want to know down to the detail what will happen when. And there are times when this is necessary... it's just not reasonable to think it happens in EVERY moment of your life.
