A curious Supreme Court decision on an appeal from the Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal. A case involving a solicitor taking over another firm and failing to submit the company's accounts (the appeal goes back to 1999)
Another case from the Solicitor's Disciplinary Tribunal appealed to the Supreme Court as to whether an appeal was or was not out of time.
A case where the deceased had named his daughter as the executor of his will but the deceased's son disputed this.
