Thomas Abt is a Senior Fellow at the Council on Criminal Justice, a former federal prosecutor, and a former official for both the Obama and Cuomo administrations. He is the author of Bleeding Out, a book that outlines how America can deal with violent crime. We talk about ways we can apply the lessons he has learned to Missouri.
