The stark contrast to today's corporate-dominated landscape, where loyalty and worker well-being have taken a backseat, is eye-opening. It's crucial for Gen Z, and indeed all workers, to grasp this shift towards corporate exploitation to navigate the future effectively.

Wrapping up, I propose a path forward for Gen Z: embracing unionization and collective action. Facing the same corporate and governmental forces that have historically oppressed workers requires courage and unity, but it's the only way to ensure a fair and equitable workplace for future generations.
